Thomas C. McGeachy, CCIM, CPM, RPA - Managing Principal
Mr. McGeachy possesses over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the management and marketing of commercial real estate. Over his career, he has been involved in the management, marketing, development, acquisition or disposition of over 15 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. He also sourced and facilitated the acquisition of a local real estate firm, adding one million square feet of commercial space to the Ciminelli portfolio.
Mr. McGeachy oversees all aspects of leasing, sales and business development for the Florida offices. Primary areas of responsibility include strategic planning, new business development, investment analysis and the acquisition and disposition of assets for Ciminelli clients.
His designations and licenses include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Business from the Stetson University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
Mr. McGeachy is board member, and Past President, of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Tampa Chapter, and Past President of the West Coast District of the Florida CCIM Chapter.

J. Hunter Swearingen, CCIM, CPM, RPA - Principal
Mr. Swearingen brings nearly 30 years of wide ranging, third party commercial real estate experience, including asset management, receivership, leasing, acquisition and disposition services. His career highlights include the management and asset repositioning of over 20 million square feet of commercial properties located in Florida and Western New York. He has also been engaged in and successfully completed over 3 million square feet of receiver assignments with a combined loan value in excess of $500 million.
Mr. Swearingen oversees all Florida property and asset management operations for over seven (7) million square feet of commercial real estate assets; integration of new properties into the Ciminelli portfolio, property analysis and implementation of property initiatives, financial analysis and oversight, new construction, tenant relations and retention, acquisition and disposition oversight.
He holds the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA), and graduated from the University of Tampa with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Marketing.
Mr. Swearingen is actively involved in the Greater Bay area community through a number of professional and charitable organizations including the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Hillsborough Education Foundation, National Association of Office and Industrial Property (NAIOP), University of Florida College of Real Estate Advisory Board and University of Tampa Board of Fellows. He is the past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), West Coast Florida Chapter and Treasurer for the local CCIM Chapter. He is a lifelong Florida resident and U.S. Navy veteran.

A member of the Ciminelli team since 2001, Mr. Reckart is responsible for the Supervision and professional development of accounting, property management, building technicians, and administrative personnel for the Florida offices. In addition, he manages and oversees business goals and objectives, annual budgets, trust accounts, capital expenditures, delinquencies, and commercial policies and procedures.
Mr. Reckart is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) through the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the RPA (Real Property Administrator) and FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) designations through BOMI.

Ms. List joined Ciminelli Real Estate Services in 2008 and is currently responsible for developing and implementing the business development program as well as promoting brand awareness throughout the commercial real estate community nationwide. She has been instrumental in adding over 3 million square feet to the Florida portfolio.
Ms. List holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa. She currently serves on the Advancement Committee Chair for the Hillsborough Education Foundation, a local organization striving to empower every student to achieve success.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Ms. Foley has a firm knowledge of market conditions, as well as proven expertise in the leasing and sales process. She has closed over 637 commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $73 Million and is the primary leasing agent for over 1.2 million square feet of managed property comprised of office, flex and industrial properties in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the state of Florida.
Ms. Foley has received numerous professional recognitions, including Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR)’s Top National Producer and Million Dollar Producer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University College Dublin Ireland.

Established as an innovative commercial real estate professional with over 33 years of demonstrated success within the Chicago and Tampa Bay market areas, Ms. Healey delivers broad-based experience and success in leasing, investment brokerage, property management, space design, appraisal and construction management. Her diverse background of experience has resulted in the successful completion of over $579 Million in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing over 7 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
Ms. Healey holds the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation through BOMI, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including several Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) Pinnacle Awards.

Mr. Hernandez’ expertise in commercial real estate includes, but is not limited to, landlord and tenant representation services and sales. Prior to joining the Ciminelli team, Thomas served as Associate Vice President for Cassidy Turley (fka Carter & Associates) for 12 years. His experience includes demonstrated success in various areas of commercial real estate including: Leasing, Investment Brokerage, Site Selection, CRE Financial Analysis/Underwriting, Space Design, and Appraisal. He has been directly involved in real estate transactions representing over 18 million square feet and $3.1 billion in value.
His designations and licenses include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He is also the recipient of numerous Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) Pinnacle Awards, including Top National Office Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Mr. Tombrink serves as Associate Director for Ciminelli. A Tampa Bay native with deep-rooted relationships, Stevens brings 30-years of diverse commercial real estate experience specializing in office and retail leasing and sales. Throughout his career, he has been involved in 300+ transactions with a deal volume exceeding $450,000,000.
As a recognized powerhouse with a easy-going reputation, Stevens’ successful track record has catapulted market share for notable firms including LandQwest Commercial as Managing Director, Redstone Commercial as Senior Vice President, The Sembler Company as Vice President, Grubb & Ellis as Managing Director / Executive Vice President / Partner, and Equity Inc. as its SE Regional Brokerage Manager.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate accounting experience at Ciminelli Real Estate Services, Ms. Barbur manages all aspects of operational accounting for third-party clients across the state, including annual budget preparation, Common Area Maintenance expense reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. In addition, she is responsible for corporate accounting and treasury management for the Florida offices.
Ms. Barbur has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Leo University.

Mr. Busekrus began his commercial real estate career in the early 2000’s after 10+ years of successful outside sales. Much of his early success in commercial real estate involved investment sales and structuring off-market real estate transactions for local South Florida office, industrial, retail, and apartment owners. That led him to the leasing and management of properties for local high net worth investors. During his career he has directly participated or led a team in over $830M worth of commercial transactions.
Mr. Busekrus is the Managing Director in the South Florida office. His primary areas of responsibility include strategic planning, new business development, capital markets training to all staff, investment analysis, and oversight of all brokerage activities.
He is also fully integrated into the South Florida commercial real estate industry serving on multiple boards, including the local National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) chapter as well as the national Board of Directors. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), former board member of Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), a member of Mensa, and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Lisa McLatchey is a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry with a rich background spanning over a decade. With a focus on office leasing and sales, she has consistently delivered best-in-class service to clients, earning a reputation for excellence.
Currently serving as the Board President for The Florida Ballet, Lisa exemplifies a commitment to community engagement and the arts. She has also contributed to the real estate industry by serving on the NAIOP Developing Leaders board and on several NAIOP committees.
Lisa is a Jacksonville native and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.

A Tallahassee native, Mr. Long has over 18 years of providing full service real estate services to clients, Owners, Tenants and investors throughout North Florida and South Georgia. He began his real estate career as an associate with Tallahassee Land Company in 2001, was co-founder of Proctor & Long, LLC, a full service commercial brokerage company in 2005, and partnered to create Structure Commercial Real Estate and Management in 2010 and was co-owner until 2017. Mr. Long’s focus is on Industrial, Retail and Office Leasing & Management with a background in Construction and Development. He has also been involved with land transactions including bulk acreage and agricultural sales. Prior to his career in real estate, he was Vice President of Long Contractors Inc, a commercial and residential construction company started by his father in 1976.
He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Consumer Science from Florida State University.

Mr. Proctor began his real estate career in 1995. He has been a founding partner of several real estate investment holding companies, two brokerage companies and three property management companies over the course of his career. He works with local and national clients to assist with site acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation, consulting, and property management.
His knowledge of the market and portfolio of experience helped him earn the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in 2005. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Proctor obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at Auburn University.

Mr. Kimball is a Property Management Specialist with 10+ years of building, construction and project management experience. His diverse background includes construction projects for many sectors of real estate including residential, commercial, institutional, and government. In his career, Shaun has managed commercial property portfolios in excess of 1 million square feet, providing extensive expertise of construction delivery methods, best practices, and management services to a portfolio of over 1 Million square feet.
He is responsible for maintaining over 600,000 SF of commercial office & retail space. He oversees project management for commercial building renovation and beautification projects, budgets, accounting, and maintenance for the Tallahassee portfolio.
Mr. Kimball, a graduate from Keiser College, is skilled in Management, Strategic Planning, Facility Management (FM), Project Management, Graphic Design, Consulting, and Team Building.

In his role as Executive Vice President, Mr. Ciminelli oversees the brokerage, investments, and marketing teams. Specific to brokerage, an alliance with global real estate firm, Newmark, resulted in the introduction of Newmark Ciminelli in the Western New York market. The alliance delivers the strength of local relationships and market knowledge with the resources of global leader Newmark in commercial real estate. The formation of Newmark Ciminelli was a natural fit for Mr. Ciminelli, after spending 16 years with Newmark in New York City, where he most recently served as Executive Managing Director, providing real estate services to both tenants and landlords.
Throughout his career, he has provided real estate advisory services for numerous high-profile clients, specifically within the technology, media, legal and education sectors. Additionally, Mr. Ciminelli has been a part of an array of leasing teams for some of Manhattan and Brooklyn’s most distinguished buildings, as his team handled over 20 million sq. ft. of assignments. He is the recipient of NKF’s NYC Managing Director of the year, its Aaron Gural award for the broker best representing the firm’s brand as voted on by his peers, and the Rising Star Award, which acknowledges NKF’s top broker with less than seven years of experience. He has also been named as one of Real Estate Forum’s Tomorrow’s Leaders of New York, Real Estate Weekly’s Rising Star, and earned an SL Green Most Significant Lease GreenDeal award for representing Pace University in a complex, 140,000 sq. ft. ground-up development next to the World Trade Center.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations at Ciminelli, Mr. Gottstine is responsible for overseeing real estate services functions in support of approximately 23 million square feet of owned, managed and developed commercial real estate in 7 states.
In his role, he works directly with the President & CEO to establish and accomplish organizational goals and objectives, as well as strategic plans for the company. He is responsible for obtaining, negotiating and closing commercial real estate loans for the development and portfolio projects, and acts as the liaison between the company and regional economic development agencies and financial institutions. Mr. Gottstine holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) accreditation, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Canisius College, with a concentration in Finance. He is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Committee of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the third largest pension fund in the United States.
