Ciminelli Welcomes Back Greg McNutt, CCIM as Associate Director

Greg McNutt, CCIM, has rejoined Ciminelli Real Estate Services as an Associate Director.

In this role, Greg will provide brokerage services for Ciminelli’s portfolio and its clients throughout Florida. His responsibilities include business development, market analysis, leasing and sales efforts, and client representation. He will work closely with owners, buyers, and tenants, supporting transactions across a range of property types, including retail, office, medical, industrial, and land.

Greg returns to Ciminelli with more than three decades of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, development, and asset strategy. His familiarity with the firm, along with his long-standing relationships in the market, positions him to make an immediate impact.
