Our in-house property management team is adept at reducing costs, enhancing quality and implementing processes for all types of facilities. We also understand that building value in real estate depends on effective, results-oriented management. Having said this, Ciminelli’s management team is comprised of only those individuals who have achieved the highest professional recognition in their respective fields. To that end, Ciminelli’s executive and management staff hold accreditations and designations from some of the most prestigious commercial property management institutions in the world. Designations include: Accredited Management Organization (AMO) from the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM); Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM); Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA); and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA).

Additionally, in 2004, South Tampa Medical Center, managed by Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida was awarded The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) TOBY Award for Medical Office Buildings on the West Coast of Florida. Now in its 20th year, The Office Building of the Year “TOBY” Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management.

Finally, Ciminelli Development was awarded the 2001 William Dorsey Service Provider Award from Site Selection Magazine. This award recognizes a corporate real estate organization for its work in solving clients and the industry’s difficult business issues while raising the bar with regard to client services.
