Mr. Williamson serves as Leasing Agent for Ciminelli, and is responsible for tenant prospecting, lease consummation and marketing of vacancies for Ciminelli´s portfolio of properties across Tampa Bay. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lease prospecting
• Negotiating lease contracts
• Tenant relations and retention
• Negotiating lease renewals
• Market analysis
• Market Research
• Tenant representation
• Broker relations
• Developing and implementing marketing initiatives

Mr. Williamson´s 20 plus years of commercial real estate experience began in Dallas, Texas where he provided office/retail leasing for 14 properties and commercial sales representation across the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. Mr. Williamson was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the privately owned real estate holding company.

Relocating to Florida in 1995, Mr. Williamson has worked for several prominent Tampa Bay area firms in the disciplines of property management, leasing and sales, joining the Ciminelli team as leasing agent, bringing with him a 390,000 square foot portfolio of third party accounts.

Mr. Williamson is a US Air Force veteran and possesses a degree in Biology, with membership in the Tri-Beta National Biological Honor Society. Mr. Williamson is active in community volunteer programs for Veterans.
