Chris Reckart, RPA, FMA, CMR
Facilities Manager
Mr. Reckart joined the Ciminelli team in 2001 as Facilities Manager. He is responsible for maintaining the physical and overall building systems/equipment of the properties within the Ciminelli management portfolio. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable working environment for tenants, visitors, and staff alike. Mr. Reckart’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Tenant relations
- Ensuring performance of equipment through a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
- Preparing and negotiating vendor RFPs
- Vendor contract preparation
- Supervision and professional development of on-site building engineers
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive work safety program
- Database management of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
- Maintenance, installation, and upgrade of internal computer, telephone, and peripheral equipment
Mr. Reckart´s prior experience includes four years of employment as maintenance director for a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As maintenance director he was responsible for overall systems performance of the facility, which included, but was not limited to, life safety systems, secondary power generation, medical gas systems, building standard systems and equipment.
Mr. Reckart holds an Associates Degree in Computer Electronics and is EPA certified for refrigerants.
