Mr. McGeachy is involved in all aspects of the leasing and management of Ciminelli’s portfolio of properties. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• New business development
• Supervision of leasing and property personnel
• Property and market analysis
• Strategic planning and consultation
• Implementation of marketing initiatives
• Lease prospecting and negotiation
• Financial analysis and oversight
• Tenant relations and retention
• Broker relations

Mr. McGeachy brings to Ciminelli two decades of commercial real estate experience in such key areas as asset management, property management, leasing, sales management, strategic planning, financial analysis and acquisition due diligence. Prior to joining the Ciminelli team, Mr. McGeachy served as Florida Regional Vice President for Koger Equity, Inc., where he managed a commercial portfolio in excess of 4 million square feet.

Designations and licenses awarded to Mr. McGeachy over the years of his professional career include:

• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Real Property Administrator (RPA)
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (State of Florida)

Mr. McGeachy holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Babson College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Stetson University. His professional affiliations include:
