Hans Kaunath, CCIM  
Director of Leasing  

Mr. Kaunath serves as Ciminelli’s Director of Leasing, and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of Ciminelli’s portfolio of properties. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Lease prospecting
•  Negotiating lease contracts
•  Tenant relations and retention
•  Negotiating lease renewals
•  Market analysis
•  Tenant representation
•  Broker relations
•  Developing and implementing marketing initiatives

Mr. Kaunath’s commercial real estate experience includes five years of employment as both a Real Estate Analyst and Leasing Manager for Koger Equity, Inc. As Real Estate Analyst, he performed financial analysis on projects for development and office building acquisitions totaling approximately 1.3 million square feet. Hans was subsequently promoted to Leasing Manager, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of Koger Equity’s Orlando office portfolio of nearly one million square feet.

Prior to his commercial real estate career, Mr. Kaunath managed a number of successful restaurants in California and Florida.

Mr. Kaunath has earned a Bachelors Degree in finance from the University of North Florida, graduating with honors.

Mr. Kaunath is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and has successfully completed the CI 101, 102, 103, & 104 courses. His professional affiliations include National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR), and he is a member of the local Certified Commercial Investment Member chapter as a candidate.
