Mr. Graser serves as Leasing Agent for Ciminelli, and is responsible for prospecting and consummating leases in Ciminelli’s portfolio of properties. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lease prospect canvassing
- Negotiating lease contracts
- Tenant relations and retention
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Market research
- Market analysis
- Tenant representation
Mr. Graser’s focus is landlord and tenant representation for office, retail, and medical space and was an integral part in growing the Ciminelli portfolio from approximately 750,000 square feet to 1.4 million square feet over the past 24 months. He also leased 3 buildings to 100% occupancy and, through his leasing efforts, helped prepare 2 more for successful disposition.
Mr. Graser has also been an associate with Studley, Inc., the top tenant representation firm in the United States. While at Studley, he focused on negotiating office leases for large corporate tenant clients. Through the efforts of Mr. Graser and his team, his clients enjoyed a 20% to 30% average reduction in their overall real estate cost structure.
In addition to his experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Graser possesses an extensive background with Accenture in client solutions with concentration in Business consulting. In this capacity, he worked with clients such as United Parcel Service, Pepsi Bottling Company, and the Transportation Security Administration. While working on these projects his roles included payroll and pension system implementation, workforce organization, and security checkpoint development for more than 400 public airports in the United States.
Mr. Graser is an active member in EMERGE Tampa, a program for young professionals through the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Co-Chair for the Grow segment of EMERGE, which consists of about 185 participants, and has also served as Chairman of the Riverwalk Campaign in which he worked closely with Tampa’s Riverwalk Project Coordinator on the development of 2.2 miles of Tampa’s downtown riverfront. Mr. Graser’s Tampa involvement also includes Real Estate Investment Council and Toastmasters.
Mr. Graser graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. While at Purdue, he held many leadership positions including Director of Risk Management for the Interfraternity Council.
